Brief description of the typical work day for an intern at this training site Interns may dedicate between 4 -6 hours providing individual, family, or couples therapy. On any given day an intern may schedule 2 hours for performing psychological testing. Every week interns will spend 2 hours with their primary supervisor and 2 hours with their secondary supervisor receiving individual supervision. Once a week interns will spend 4 hours practicing supervisory skills with first year graduate students. Administrative hours include crisis interventions, intake interviews, case consultations, and record keeping, among other duties. Therefore, a typical work day will look different for each intern, but in terms of weekly responsibilities, every intern will have the same distribution of hours.

Interview process description:

Interview notification will be made by phone or by e-mail. The process includes interviewa in both, individual and group modality. It will be conducted by the training director, clinical supervisors and current interns. A list of criteria will be used to rank applicants. Usually, interviews are set on the third week of January.
