Subsequent to faculty review of each completed application, we will invite selected applicants for a virtual interview. Virtual interviews will be held on Monday, January 4, Wednesday, January 6, Tuesday, January 12, and Thursday, January 14, 2027. Interview notification date will be on or before Tuesday, December 1, 2026. Our internship program will use the online interview scheduling system developed by the National Matching Service for the 2027 APPIC Match.
The full-day virtual interview agenda includes presentations providing an overview of the department, the internship program, and additional requirements. Candidates will receive a pre-recorded video tour of the hospital and the Philadelphia area. Additionally, we will arrange a virtual session for candidates to meet with our current intern class. Each candidate will have three interviews via video conferencing with members of our Psychology training faculty. Faculty e-mail information will be provided to ensure candidates have the ability to contact faculty with shared areas of training interest.
When submitting an application, applicants should apply to ONE of the program's specialty tracks: Clinical Child Psychology, Pediatric Psychology, Pediatric Neuropsychology, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Early Childhood Psychology, and Integrated Behavioral Health Care. Applicants are asked to clearly indicate in their cover letter the one specialty track to which they are applying.
