Brief description of the typical work day for an intern at this training site Typical tour of duty starts at 8:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm, although an earlier tour (7:30-4:00) can be arranged. Interns should expect to spend at least 25% and no more than 50% of their time engaged in direct patient care. The remaining time is spent engaged in interdisciplinary meetings, consultations, professional development time, group and individual supervision and didactic learning activities. Interview process description:

An interview is required to match with our program. All personal interviews are conducted individually and by invitation only.  Applicants are invited to interview for SMI or General and therefore must clearly indicate their emphasis areas of interest.  Applicants will be notified regarding which emphasis area for which they are being invited to interview.  

Interviews are typically scheduled for the second and third Friday in January.  All interviews will be conducted virtually.   Candidates will be informed by e-mail by December 13th as to whether or not they have been invited for a personal interview and for which emphasis area they are being invited.
