Our interview dates begin in mid-December and end in early January. Applicants who are invited to interview for one of our intership positions receive an invitation to call and schedule either an on-site or Skype interview at their convenience. Our on-site interviews occur over a half-day and involve two 1-hour interview sessions with several staff members, and a 1-hour opportunity to ask the Training Director questions about the program. We provide lunch for all on-site applicants. Lunch is a time when our current interns are available to answer questions without senior staff members present. We typically extend approximately 25-30 invitations for interviews.
* Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals are provided upon request.
The program provides an developmental practitioner model of training consisting of didactic training and supervised practice. The staff is multidisciplinary and theoretical orientations vary.
