The MGMCSC internship plans to host both in-person and virtual interviews, these are by invitation only and schedule mid December for in-person and mid January for the virtual platform. If invited for an interview, applicant's choose the in-person or virtual interview format. There is no competitive advantage for applicants based on the interview format that they choose.
During the in-person and virtual events, applicants are offered a presentation about the structure of our program, they meet faculty and staff and spend time with current interns to ask about their experiences. Interviews will be conducted with faculty members, covering 1.) a brief assessment of the applicant’s clinical, assessment, and evidence based practice skillset, and 2.) an interview regarding teamwork, ethics, and supervision experiences.
At MGMCSC, interviews are not required, but are strongly encouraged. Applicants who are not able to attend an in-house or virtual interview may request different dates for either an on-site or phone interview with the Program Director. The platform for the virtual interviews, the link and details will be sent to the invited applicants.
