Brief description of the typical work day for an intern at this training site Interns spend the mornings on intensive hospital-based rotations (either inpatient psychiatry or consultation/liaison psychiatry). Afternoons are spent at the Outpatient Center for Mental Health working with patients across the lifespan in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities.

Interview process description:

We interview a small number of highly qualified candidates.  Applicants are notified of their status via e-mail and given a choice of several dates for on-site interviews.  All selected candidates will participate in a half-day process that includes a group information session, an opportunity to meet informally with current interns, and two individual interviews (one with the Training Director and one with a member of our training committee).
