Candiates will be invited for a half day virtual meeting where the agenda will include: a tour of the campus, detailed information on our training program, small group interviews with the faculty, a chance to meet and ask questions of the three interns

The main objective of the Doctoral Psychology Internship Program at Northwell Health, Staten Island University Hospital is to provide the opportunity for Interns to develop competency in the application of psychological and neuropsychological knowledge to the professional practice of psychology, with specific emphasis placed on clinical problems in a medical center setting. Interns with work with both adults and children with a variety of neurological and medical conditions that impact behavior and cogntition, including patients with TBI, sports related concussion, stroke, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, epilepsy, Parkinson's, dementia and cancer.
