Brief description of the typical work day for an intern at this training site In an academic semester day, see 2 individual new clients and 8 follow up clients, run a group, attend a seminar, receive individual supervision, attend a meeting , document clinical work and chat with colleagues! Some clinical services provided through telehealth, most clinical work be done on site

Interview process description:

All interviews will be done virtually  and the following is the standard format but is subject to change. All interviews are at the individual level and  involve three components. An interview with staff( N = 2 ) include a supervisor/training committee member( 50 minutes); an interview with 2 current interns ( 20 min), and a closing interview with training director( 15 min).   Applicants will be notified by email whether they are offered an interview by December 15,2023. We will interview 40 candidates for our 4 positions,  . We aspire to create interviews that show us your strengths in working with a college population with an emphasis on committment to  social justice work,  brief therapy, group therapy , being a  campus based services provider, being a supervisor,  serving underserved populations,  and seek candidates interested in becoming health service providers in our interdisciplinary setting     . All  current staff are eligible to  participate  as well as  all current interns in the interview process .

Let's Talk is off site drop in  consultation  services without appointment to students,  and Behavioral Health are referrals from medical services when there is a psychological component to the presenting health  issue
